Patrick H. "Pat" Cummings
Patrick H. “Pat” Cummings, age 80, of Shaler, passed away peacefully on April 12, 2017. Pat was born on February 13, 1937 in Pittsburgh, PA., son of the late Michael H. and Thelma (Gearhart) Cummings.
Throughout his life, Pat worked as a mechanic. He was known for his ability to fix anything that could be fixed. He enjoyed spending time fishing and camping with his family.
He proudly served in the U.S. Army.
In addition to his parents, Pat was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Bonnie Lee Cummings and a brother, Mick Cummings.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Carol Steadman (Doug), Dee Mueller (Johnny), Patty Gumto (Brian), Jen Cummings and Julie Cummings; his grandchildren, Amie, Madison, Elliott, Jodi, Lynzi, Alysa, Patrick, and Brianna; great grandchildren, Kennedy, Dawson, and Chance; a brother, Jack Cummings; a sister, Carole George; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the Eloise B. Kyper Funeral Home, Inc. 2702 Mt. Royal Blvd. Glenshaw, PA., on Friday, April 14, 2017 from 2-8PM.
A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 6:00PM during the visitation. .
Interment will be held privately.
