Obituary for
Rumalda R. Singer
Rumalda R. Singer, age 92, of Pittsburgh, passed away, on Saturday, January 28, 2017. Rumalda was born on January 21, 1925 in Lawrenceville, PA. daughter of the late Sylvester and Beatrice Lukasiewicz.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Lawrence Singer and a son, Johnny Singer (Barb).
Rumalda loved exercising and puzzle books. She was a fantastic cook and baker specializing in cookies, cakes, cinnamon rolls and bread. Rumalda was also an avid member of St. Anthanasius Catholic Church in West View. She will be deeply missed by her loving family, friends and to all who knew her.
Left to cherish her memory are twelve children, Bobby Singer, of Florida; Clarence Singer(Margie), of Avalon; David Singer(Anna Mae), of Millvale; Regis Singer (Marie), of Glenshaw; Craig Singer, of West View; Audrey Berkley, of Allison Park; Cindy Rumble(Larry), of Trafford; Sandy Singer, of California; Anita Hutchings(Robert), West View; Billy Singer(Cathy), of Kilbuck; Joseph Singer(Amy), of Franklin and Richard Singer, of Allison Park; twenty-four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. In addition to her parents Sylvester and Beatrice Lukasiewicz she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Lawrence Singer and son, Johnny Singer (Barb).
Friends will be received in the Eloise B. Kyper Funeral Home, 2702 Mt. Royal Blvd, Glenshaw, Pa. 15116 on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 from 3PM until 8PM. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, February 2, 2017 at 11:00AM.
Interment will be held in Private.
